What we do
Two products. One studio.
FoxAVideo Tech Pte. Ltd. is a small software studio based in Singapore. We build native desktop applications for transcription, document AI, and knowledge work — all of it designed to run entirely on your hardware.
Our flagship product, 360Converter Offline Transcriber, has been shipping since the early days of the company. It's used by journalists, lawyers, researchers, and content creators who need accurate transcription without uploading audio anywhere.
Our current focus is Vault AI, a complete offline AI workstation for organizations under compliance constraints — legal teams, healthcare providers, financial institutions, and government agencies who need document Q&A, RAG, and chat over their own files without those files leaving the building.
What we believe
Run the model where the data lives.
In 2012, when 360Converter started, running transcription locally was simply practical. Internet was unreliable, cloud APIs were expensive, and professional users wanted control over their files.
More than a decade later, the reasons have multiplied. Regulated industries can't legally send privileged material to commercial AI vendors. Major model providers retain and train on user data by default. Compliance teams want audit trails that cloud services don't offer. And anyone working with sensitive content has watched enough enterprise data leaks to be cautious about where it goes.
The technical answer to all of this is the same as it was when we started: run the model where the data lives. We've spent the years since refining that approach across two products and three operating systems.
We're not competing with cloud AI on raw model size or every feature checkbox. We're competing on the one thing they can't do: never see your data.

Pte. Ltd. registered in Singapore. 360Converter launches as an online media conversion and transcription service.

The shift to on-device
Offline Transcriber introduced as a native desktop application. 360Converter begins moving from cloud service to on-device AI.

Multi-engine ASR
Whisper, Parakeet, and speaker diarization ship in 360Converter. Real-time recording with dual-stream system audio capture added.

Vault AI development begins
Work starts on a fully air-gapped AI workstation for regulated industries — document Q&A, RAG, summarization, all offline.

Two products in active release
360Converter and Vault AI both shipping cross-platform on Windows, macOS, and Linux. The second decade of building underway.
